The Role

You will be joining our team as our Social Media and PR manager. This role is an exciting opportunity to make your mark on a rapidly expanding brand that is in the business of making people feel good while never losing sight of our social and environmental responsibilities.

Your key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Overall management of our tactical social media marketing strategy and delivery of organic social marketing activity
  • Influencer campaign management and outreach 
  • Brand collaboration outreach and management alongside Founder
  • Direct the design of an engaging, customer focussed social media marketing calendar
  • Innovation and management of long term social media marketing project plans
  • Evaluate organic social media marketing campaigns and act on data-led insights
  • Content creation including on-set at photoshoots

Who We Need

  • A true understanding of, and alignment with our brand values
  • Ability to empathise with our customer, to be able to channel the shopper mindset to create engaging - customer centric social media marketing campaigns
  • A love for content creation and a creative mind. Comfortable in-front of the camera
  • A strong understanding of the nuances of brand building
  • Proven skill across all social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest
  • Highly efficient and organised
  • A passion for digital marketing with excellent attention to detail
  • Positive and open to change - able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: clear, warm and credible
