Warranty & Lifetime Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our jewellery and are proud to offer the following coverage across our collections:

Lifetime Colour Guarantee (Waterproof Jewellery Only)
Our collections are crafted from high-performance stainless steel with 18ct Gold PVD plating, and are specifically designed to be waterproof, sweatproof, and tarnish-resistant. They are backed by our lifetime colour guarantee.

If any waterproof jewellery ever discolours, tarnishes, or loses its finish, we’ll replace it free of charge - no matter how long you’ve had it.

Please note: the colour guarantee does not cover breakages or faults, which fall under our standard 1 year warranty below.

Please note: Our lifetime colour guarantee applies to pieces launched from April 17th 2025, and excludes our EmilysWorld, Worried Whippet collection and archive sale products.

1-Year Warranty
All of our jewellery, including our waterproof jewellery, is covered by a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use and covers breakages or faults. Replacement, or equivalent item will be provided if the original is unavailable. 

 


 

EmilysWorld Bridal Collection – 2-Year Warranty
All jewellery from the Emily’s World collection is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. If your piece develops a fault due to workmanship during this period, we’ll replace it with a like-for-like item at no cost. If the original item is unavailable, a similar style or product of equal value will be offered.

 


 

How to Make a Claim
To submit a claim, please email our team at hello@millygrace.co.uk with the following:

  • Your order number (or proof of purchase)
  • Clear images of the item and the issue
  • A brief description of what happened

Our customer care team will assess your claim and get back to you as soon as possible.

What’s not covered under any warranty:

  • General wear and tear, scratching, or breakage due to improper care
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Modifications or repairs made by third parties

 


 

General Terms
Milly Grace reserves the right to assess warranty and guarantee claims on a case-by-case basis. Claims that do not meet the terms outlined above, or are suspected to involve fraudulent activity or misuse of our policies, may be declined. These policies are subject to change without prior notice.
