Delivery and Returns
Can I return pieces?
We have nothing but love and respect for our community, and we always aim to go above and beyond for each customer. Every order is thoughtfully made and carefully delivered, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
You may return your order within 30 days of receipt in its original packaging and condition — unworn, undamaged, and safely protected. Please include your name and order number inside your return so we can process it smoothly.

Please note:
• When returning for a refund through the portal, a £3.50 return shipping fee will be automatically deducted from your refund.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings (excluding ear cuffs) cannot be returned.
• Returns due to preference or ordering mistakes are covered by the customer.
• Delivery costs are non-refundable unless your item is faulty.

How long do returns take?
Once we receive your return, we will aim to process your refund within 10 working days.

Can I exchange?
We are more than happy to help you with an exchange within 14 days of purchase. To proceed with your exchange, please:
- Email us at hello@millygrace.co.uk with your order number, and what piece you would like to exchange for so we may confirm that we have stock of the new exchange item.
- If the new exchange item is lower in price, we will refund the difference. If the new exchange item more expensive, we will send an email to notify you of the additional payment.
- Please return the original item following our return instructions. Please include your name and order number in your return. Once we receive it, we will send the new exchange item to you.
- A standard exchange shipping cost will be applied
Customs, Duties & Taxes
EU Customers - If you are based in the European Union (EU) and the total value of your order is under €150, you will not encounter additional duties or charges upon delivery. The price you pay at checkout is the final amount you’ll pay.
Other International Customers - For customers in countries outside the UK, including those not covered by the above thresholds, your order may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once it reaches your destination. These are payable by the customer, and we do not currently cover or reimburse this cost, even for orders sent with free shipping. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations to see if there will be any additional costs before you receive your order.
Jewellery
Do you offer a warranty on your jewellery?
Yes 0 all Milly Grace jewellery comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
Our waterproof collection also includes a lifetime colour guarantee, meaning it will never tarnish or discolour.
Gemstones - natural materials may react differently to water, and while they are fine for everyday wear, we recommend removing gemstone pieces before frequent showering or swimming to preserve their colour and shine.
How do I work out my jewellery size?
We know that finding your size can be tricky, but don't worry, we have a handy little ring and bracelet size guide on each product page to help you! If you have any queries, please contact us at hello@millygrace.co.uk
Pssst... we offer exchanges (dependent on stock availability) so if your ring does not fit, we will help you with a better size!
My favourite design is out of stock! When will you restock?
Oh no! As a small batch brand, our design quantities are limited -making them even more special! Don’t worry though, you can sign up to be notified on the product page when your favourites are back in stock.

Packaging
Mindfully crafted, inside and out. We have reinvented the unboxing experience to guarantee minimal waste. That means all our packaging is either reusable, recycled or recyclable!
Each piece arrives in a beautiful branded recyclable box with an organic cotton or rPET pouch.
We now have beautiful new gift bags for the perfect finishing touch to your gift.
Orders
Will I receive an order confirmation?
When you treat yourself to Milly Grace pieces, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. If you have not received one, please check your junk and spam folders, or contact us at hello@millygrace.co.uk and we'll resend your order confirmation.
Can I change my order?
As always, we will always do our best to help our customers. However sometimes, an order change cannot be achieved as the order has already been dispatched. You may return your order once received - please follow our returns page instructions to do this.
Can I change my address?
As always, we’ll do our very best to help our customers. If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can update your delivery address quickly and easily through our self-serve aftercare portal.
If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes — but please contact us at hello@millygrace.co.uk and we’ll try to assist.
Can I track my order?
Order tracking is available via the link on your dispatch email or via our self-serve aftercare portal. If you have any problems, do get in touch.
Can I add a gift note to my order?
Absolutely! Gift notes can be added at checkout and are beautifully handwritten by our team.
