At Milly Grace, we pride ourselves on creating jewellery you’ll never want — or need — to take off. We stand behind every piece we make, and we want you to feel confident wearing it every day.
1-Year Warranty (All Jewellery)
We offer a one-year warranty on all Milly Grace jewellery, covering any manufacturing defects that occur under normal use.
If an issue arises within this period and is found to be due to a manufacturing fault, we’ll provide a like-for-like replacement at no cost to you. If the original item is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative of equal value or similar style.
Any replacement issued under warranty is covered by a new one-year period from the date it is received.
A valid proof of purchase is required to submit a warranty or guarantee claim.
What’s not covered:
- General wear and tear, scratching, or breakage from improper care
- Lost or stolen items
- Modifications or repairs made by third parties
Lifetime Colour Guarantee (Waterproof Jewellery Only)
We have so much trust in our waterproof jewellery that it comes with a lifetime colour guarantee.
This guarantee applies only to our waterproof collection, which is crafted from high-performance stainless steel with 18ct gold PVD plating, specifically designed to be waterproof, sweatproof, and tarnish-resistant.
If any item from this collection ever discolours, tarnishes, or loses its finish, we’ll replace it free of charge — no matter how long you’ve had it.
This guarantee applies to the colour and finish only and does not include breakages or manufacturing faults (which are covered under our one-year warranty).
How to Make a Claim
To initiate a claim, please contact our team at hello@millygrace.co.uk with:
- Your order number (or proof of purchase)
- Clear images of the item and the fault
- A brief description of what’s gone wrong
Our customer care team will review your request and arrange a resolution as quickly as possible.
General Terms
Milly Grace reserves the right to assess warranty and guarantee claims on a case-by-case basis. Claims that are inconsistent with the terms outlined above — or that are suspected to involve misuse of our policy — may be declined.
