1. By entering the competition, you agree to the Milly Grace Privacy Policy (please see here: https://millygrace.com/policies/privacy-policy) and to these Terms and Conditions. You agree to receive Milly Grace SMS and email marketing.

2. To enter the participant must complete the giveaway sign up form.

3. The winners of the competition will be chosen at random and will be final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the random selection of winners.

4. All correspondence will be from hello@millygrace.co.uk ONLY.

5. Entrants must be 18+ and live in the UK or US for delivery purposes.

6. No purchase necessary. Entrants are not required to purchase in order to enter the competition.

7. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. The prize will depend on stock availability. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value. The prize will be dispatched alongside when the gift voucher is used. Gift vouchers will expire on December 17th 2024.

8. The competition will run from Thursday 10th October 12PM BST to Thursday 17th October 4PM BST. Late entries will not be accepted.

9. Milly Grace reserves the right to disqualify an entrant who breaches these terms or provides false information.

10. Milly Grace reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if deemed necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
